Lorie is certainly an improvement from Sharon in that Lorie truly cares about your needs ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase including other customers as i observed her interactions with other customers. And, no matter what task Lorie is doing, whenever a customer walks through the door, she stops to help and teaches her staff to do the same!
