Had some time to kill waiting for a repo so I stopped in at Kirk’s for lunch and was not disappointed! I got a cheesesteak with cooper sharp and fried onions and it was solid . My only complaint was that the bread could’ve been a little crispy , but that’s my preference . It was still good either way! The lady at the counter wa a sweetheart too! This is really good food. I chose a cheese steak and upgraded to Cooper Sharp cheese. Definitely worth it! Lots of steak on this sub. We ate lunch outside at the restaurant and took a pizza home for dinner. Also very good.

I recently ordered from Kirk's Pizzeria in Marmora, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish.
I went with a cheesesteak topped with lettuce and tomato, and I appreciated that they kept the hot peppers on the side. The quality of the steak was top-tier, and the ingredients were fresh—exactly what you want in a classic Jersey sub.
