La Madona is the only Italian restaurant in the Matawan area that everyone should be giving their business to. They have the absolute best sauce and entrées. Their subs come in a soft, seeded semolina bread and they serve the very best chicken parmigiana. My personal favorite is served with vodka. There are other options in the area but they are a very distant second
Since moving to New Jersey from Brooklyn, NY we have been ordering pizza from La Madona since day 1! Their pizza is consistently delicious. We love the upside down vodka square with pepperoni and sausage! It’s a family favorite. During my pregnancies I’ve craved their spinach rolls and Colosseum Salad.
