Love the wine tastings!
We are spending a few nights here through Harvest Hosts. The owner is very welcoming and wine is fabulous. The restaurant up the road delivers so you can eat at Balic and watch the grapes go. Beat of both worlds. Close enough to the ocean yet far enough away from the crowds. Perfect.

Balic Winery offers a fantastic variety of wines in a wonderful atmosphere with cozy indoor and charming outdoor seating options. The employees and owner, Bo Balic, are incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Visitors consistently praise the warm welcome and great wine tastings, which are free—an uncommon find today. The winery features a unique drink truck for non-wine drinkers and live entertainment, making it a great spot for all. Many guests have noted that the red wines are smooth, drinkable, and have a full body, thanks to the longer growing season in South Jersey. Balic Winery is highly recommended as a must-visit for a great wine experience with a friendly vibe.
