Returning to Roger's Bistro after being gone for the winter is like coming home. Absolutely delicious, fresh food, and service with a smile from a family run restaurant. We had crabmeat with linguine. Sublime! And Seafood medley, fish, juicy scallops and mussels and clams...I love the clams so hubby gives me those oh so tender clams, and I give him some lumps of tender crabmeat. Utterly delicious. If you're not open at 11:00 then don't open the doors and don't have your sign blinking open. I suggest just turning the sign off and keeping the door locked until you can actually serve food. I see your sign open, I pull in and then I'm finishing a call and ready to go in to grab a bite, walk in and you have no pizza and still tell me that you're open it's pretty ridiculous.
