I had an amazing experience here. The staff were great. They were very nice and understanding of all allergies. The chiefs we’re also very accommodating of any allergies, having many substitutes for items to make them allergen friendly. Almost the entire menu could be made vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, dairy free, nut free, tree nut free, gluten free, and/or lactose free. The pancakes are worth taking a long trip for. The location has plenty of parking and even with a long line the wait for a group of 5 was only 15 minutes. The decorations are a fan favorite

The food here was excellent! The Waffle Bishop of Liège was a pleasant surprise — I wasn’t sure about the crème fraîche at first (it’s kind of like a lighter, less cheesy cream cheese), but it paired perfectly with the sweetness of the maple syrup. The Cuban Breakfast Burrito was insanely good, and the fresh-squeezed orange juice was the perfect finish. Definitely worth coming back for!
