Today this evening I pulled up to this mcdonalds and when I went to get my food at the second window, this young girl (i believe her name was ash) was extremely rude. She started gossiping to me about other coworkers and when I found it a little strange and rude, she insulted me. Will not be returning.

I went through the drive thru and placed my family's order 3/25/2025 5:10 pm20 nuggets6 nuggetsBig MacFilet o fish #6 large4 large friesI get home, my 4 year olds 6pc was missingThe big Mac had so much Mac sauce on it that it was too gross to eat$42I know my order was large, but the employees kept coming to the window laughing. The girl who took my order was giggling so much she had to be relieved. I know they are children trying to run a restaurant but come on. A little professionalism would be great. I thought employees were taught how to check the bag for all items before handing it to the customer. Management is virtue this McDonald's lacks.Silly games with people's food is not cool.

3 stars when they forget your sauce for 10 piece chicken nuggets and forget to hand you your drink and it happens alot.Not to mention waiting 10 min or more for fast food.

Its McDonalds --- during busy hours the drive through can get busy...order ahead and just park and walk in. You will save a good 10 minutes. Be nice to the staff - they are all local kids and will make mistakes just like we did when we were flipping burgers!

Did not fill our milkshakes to the top leaving 3 inches unfilled. At over $5 a milkshake, this is disappointing. We asked for no whip cream and I can tell they scraped the whip cream off the top and didn't bother to fill it with milkshake. I remember when milkshakes were a buck in a much larger cup

My order is one sausage egg ch McGriddle one hash brown one sausage egg McMuffin and one big breakfast with hotcakes. First time they give me only three hotcakes and two hash browns, I told them this not my order. They give me again but only one hash brown , one guy said my order is one hash brown if I have problems going in to talking to manager. Later they give me one more, I stay here to long , I didn’t check again. When I back home find they give me one egg McMuffin and one sausage McMuffin. Three times all mistake.I don’t like here and never back again.

Manager needs to be retrained all he does is yell at people and eat food in the back. Especially kids. When there is a group of kids there when he isn't there, there is no problem. But when this dude is here he kicks them out. Today there was a group of kids there waiting in line and so I watched the whole thing. His fatass starts yelling at them for waiting in line and messing with each other when he tells them off for being disrupting. Keep in mind they were first in line with a long line behind them and it had already been 5 minutes of them waiting to get their food. After he tells them if they start making a fuss they will be kicked out. their other friends are waiting at the table for them as well. Then he kicks them out for talking in line not even 30 seconds after telling them to stop talking the first time. they weren't even yelling. They were literally just talking among themselves. Terrible dude needs to be replaced. I have been coming to this McDonald's for years and all the managers have been fine but this dude is not ok.
