I love that I can order breakfast anytime! Their sausage, egg, and cheese mcgriddle sandwiches are my favorite! The McDonalds on Stokes Road, Medford Lakes, NJ is the best McDonalds. It's a log cabin town that was once a resort town. I love that this McDonalds stands up to the log cabin atmosphere and tradition.

Updated 11/21/25; A bit of a dinnertime disappointment. The large fries were half filled an lukewarm. There was no one else in line as well. Hopefully, they improve.
This is a quaint and newly renovated McDonald's that blends in perfectly with the natural surroundings of Medford. The fries are hot, the service was fast and very friendly. Thank you!
