My 2nd time trying to post this review...Drive through On 3/6/26 waited 18 min for 3 meals along with 10 other cars. My husband with Drive through on 3/16/26 waited 19 min for 2 meals and cars had to wait in the line for another parked car to get their food and leave so they could wait. Ridiculous how their data is skewed to corporate or their owners due to them making people wait on the side for their food. And cannot complete the receipt survey due to the ink missing. The Worst.
We JUST went through the drive-thru. We ordered a quarter pounder with cheese that was only supposed to have cheese and mac sauce, a plain cheeseburger happy meal, a 6-piece nugget with bbq, and a filet-o-fish. What we got in place of some of those items was a plain quarter pounder, a regular cheeseburger in the happy meal, no bbq sauce.
This is not the first time we received poor service. Last time, we sat inside and waited close to an hour for food that we only received two...read full review
