I have ordered from this Papa John’s through DoorDash several times over the last year. I had stopped for awhile cus the quality was terrible. I ordered today and sure enough. There was Not enough cheese on the pizza so you have bubbling of the crust with nothing on it in some areas. Also I never get my extra sauce when I ordered it for the cheese sticks. Extremely disappointing experience at the Papa Johns on Stokes Road.
The food was horrible. I specifically selected well done for the pizza, yet what I received was so undercooked and doughy that we could barely even pull the slices apart. The crust and dough were sticking together instead of separating normally. For a pizza that was specifically ordered well done, that’s ridiculous.

Razor thin slices that still happened to be uncooked on the bottom, cut without care and stuffed in a box pushing the crust over the pizza. Raw dough throughout the pizza. Not related but still, doordash driver did not deliver our drink that was ordered with it. Doordasher left Pizza on the floor on top of a Amazon package and didn't even bother knocking or ring the doorbell.
