I ordered the super duper party platter and was not given any condiments (onions, pickles, vinegar and oil, etc.). The brochure states all platters come with.... I called and was sharply told you have to ask for it. 182 bucks and I have to ask for what is both advertised and routine? Never again.
I orded an Italian hoagie, turkey hoagie, and Buffalo cutlet.... I didn't know I needed to ask for lettuce and tomato on the hoagies. It was all teenagers sitting around on their phones. Come on guys, it's NYE and the hoagies look more sad than 2023. Asked for some things on the side too, oil and mayo, they forgot and had to go back in to ask. Now I'll start opening the hoagies before I leave or just go Wawa.

The cashiers here need some training when dealing with the public. They are always so "out of it" and hardly say one word to you. They are the first person you see and they never greet you. The sandwich on my most recent trip was so dry and the roll almost stale. It's a shame because they have some really good combinations to chose from.
