The whicker basket has exceeded my expectations since the new owner, Alexa, took over! We love her and all of the employees, including Maureen and Sierra, they make us feel so welcomed! Their breakfast sandwiches are to die for!
Been going to the Wicker Basket for some time. My favorite sandwich is the Fat Kitty hot roast beef , it’s amazing!! The new owners are awesome and extremely friendly. Love all the new changes to the place and everything in now homemade at the deli which tastes so much better. Highly recommend the Wicker! Keep up the fantastic food !!
been going to wicker for 20 years, it’s a classic spot with phenomenal food. i was so stunned to walk in yesterday to find the most egregious and ugly mural painted on the wall that originally had a charming wicker basket/sandwich decal and the classic menus. not to mention, there was horrific pop country music blasting over the speakers. what once was a charming NJ deli has now turned into a fight to be hip and different to set apart the new owners from the original owners....
