Wonderful people, everyone is very kind and welcomING. The food is so delicious. The lumpia, the plantains, the jerk chicken and pork are all stellar. One time, we had radishes that were so good I'm still thinking about them months later. Yeah..I said radishes.
Made a stop at Bonney’s on our way to Connecticut and I will say we do not regret it one bit. We got the half and half jerk pork and chicken with the coco plantains and lumpia. And omg the minute we got into the car we devoured it. Amazing portions. Me and my friend split one large meal and we couldn’t even finish it. Plus hospitality was amazing. You can’t walk past Bonney’s without salivating! Love their jerk chicken plate. The meat is smokey, flavorful, and tender. And the portion sizes are HUMONGOUS. Lasts me 2-3 meals. Banh mi sandwich is amazing too. This spot is such a gem. I like how creative their menu is and how they’re always trying new items. Keeps me coming back! Bonus, they also do catering.
