Frequent customer, but always blown away with the freshness of their summer menu. The shrimply the best tacos, which was originally on a tostada last summer, was just as amazing, but didn’t sit as heavy as a tostada. Love the move to a light tortilla. The Mexi-Avo toast was so filling and the flavors melted together so nicely. Don’t forget the decor inside is so cozy, boho/havana vibe and perfect for a date or girl’s brunch. 10/10

Hatch44 Cafe offers an incredible dining experience with exceptional food, coffee, and service. The trendy and chic atmosphere, complete with friendly and accommodating staff, makes it a popular brunch spot. Recent reviews highlight the helpful and friendly service, with staff members like Shay and Monty receiving praise for their great vibes. Standout dishes include the Veggie Omelette, Fiesta Scramble Bowl, and the highly recommended Teddy Graham Latte, which many consider the best coffee they have ever had. The eclectic food options provide yummy, atypical versions of breakfast foods. Located in a cozy and aesthetically pleasing new location, it’s a must-visit for your next weekend brunch, despite some parking challenges in the area.
