Puerto Rican Pernil - Roasted Pork

Mexican Birria - Lamb/Beef
Mexican Birria originated in the state of Jalisco. We prepare it traditionally by marinating lamb and beef in a rich and aromatic sauce with the typical guajillo peppers, then we slow cook it for over 5 hours.

Phenomenal!
Fried fish was light and crispy, onion salad was fresh and not pungent. The chicken stew had so much flavor but was not oily. Lots of flavors and nothing was heavy. Staff were very friendly and the esthetics are perfect! This place shoukd be a staple of metuchen in the coming years and is a must try if you like Latin food.

I visited this restaurant, which was exactly what I expected. The decor is nice. It’s a sort of buffet-style setup where you get three sides and meat. Overall the food was just okay slightly salty and a bit average for the price. Friendly staff and a clean environment. I will not be going back.

Food is great, prices are reasonable and service was great. They have some options form various Latin countries so you get a true taste of many cultures! Love it and will be back!

They also have some outdoor seating too!
