Our Costa Rican breakfast is the classic Gallo Pinto (rice and beans) served with eggs your way, sausage, fried cheese, maduros and crema.

Our Colombian breakfast is the classic Recalentado (rice and beans) served with Perico eggs (scramble with onions and tomatoes) Colombian sausage and a cheese stuffed arepa.
CHORIZO OMELET

RANCHERO EGGS

CHILAQUILES

PUPUSAS
Pupusas are a Salvadorian snack, often enjoyed for breakfast. It is a thick tortilla, made by hand, stuffed with cheese and your choice of pork belly, or chicken, or beans, then grilled. It is eaten with pickled cabbage and green sauce.

A Tostada is a tosted tortilla, topped with re-fried beans, caramelized onions and sweet peppers, topped with an egg, crumble cheese and parsley.
BALEADA
A Baleada is a Salvadorian dish. Its a medium flour tortilla, with refried beans, scramble eggs, crumble cheese and avocado.

Brazilian moqueca is an exotic and mouth watering dish made with fish, coconut cream, onions, peppers, tomatoes, a touch of chipotle, cilantro, limes, turmeric and seasoning.
Cuban Masitas Pork belly bites
Cuban Pork Belly bites are small chucks of pork belly seasoned with pork seasoning, turmeric, paprika and slow cooked then lightly fried in its own fat.
Puerto Rican Pernil - Roasted Pork
Roasted pork leg and thigh, seasoned with a lot of garlic, thyme, seasoning and salt, roasted for 5 to 6 hours, it falls off the bone.
Mexican Birria - Lamb/Beef
Mexican Birria originated in the state of Jalisco. We prepare it traditionally by marinating lamb and beef in a rich and aromatic sauce with the typical guajillo peppers, then we slow cook it for over 5 hours.
Peruvian Rotisserie Chicken
Peruvian rotisserie chicken is a super juicy roasted chicken that is rested in seasoning for a couple days, than slowly roasted to mouth watering perfection.

Brazilian moqueca is typically a fish or seafood stew made with coconut here we substituted the fish for tofu. Other ingredients: onions, peppers, tomatoes, limes, chipotle and cilantro.
Vegan Beef Stew - Portobellos
This is our vegan version of the Costa Rican beef stew, here we replaced the beef with portobello mushrooms.Other ingredients: potatoes, carrots, onions, peppers, thyme, oregano, soy sauce, tomatoes, cilantro.

The food is too salty. The tamales and juice are great. I wish they can make it less salty because the ingredients and dishes are good It would taste so much better if I didn’t taste like pure salt sometimes. It’s a hit or miss at that place with the salt content but I still go back hoping he didn’t dump the whole salt shaker in there. Today it was the yellow rice being too salty.

Food is served buffet style & staff is super friendly & accommodating.
Recommend the Pernil, its so delicious.
