Have been here a few times but won't be back. Food is inconsistent. Service is terrible. I was here today for my birthday so was disappointed with a lack of attention, while other parties were being attended to.
Rude staff that needs a lesson in customer service and management that covers for them saying it’s because they don’t speak good English. Pick somewhere else to enjoy your meal…..you won’t find it here !!
I understand it was a Saturday night during holiday season. But we had a reservation at 6:45. We weren’t seated until 7:40 pm. We were there to celebrate my birthday. The whole time we were waiting in a crowded vestibule with a door constantly opening to the cold. No one from the staff came to check on us, or offer any timeframe. We had to go to the desk 3 times to find out when we would be seated. We could see through the window that there were multiple tables ready and waiting...read full review
