This place is a phenomenal representation of Vietnamese food. There are so many good Vietnamese restaurants in the Edison area, and this restaurant somehow takes the top spot. Incredibly fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, and large portions. Highly recommended!
Food was delicious with large serving sizes. I had lunch here today, while I was travelling between NJ-NY. I got the vegetarian pho which was so so good. The food was served really quickly and the food was hot! The waiters were very friendly and respectful. I eat really slowly so I appreciate that they gave me the privacy and space that I needed to enjoy my food. I felt extremely satisfied after my meal. I will definitely come here again if I'm in the area.
The Pho here was delicious rich color, deep flavor, and the fatty brisket was exactly how it should be… fatty!!
The pork spring rolls were damn good 👍
They’ve also have a great vibe with music you wouldn’t expect, but it works. Really like this place, I’ll have a rice plate next time and update with more photos. Check it out if you’re a Pho lover.
