The staff are really friendly and kind. The food is okay; some dishes are better than others. I wish there was more spice to some dishes than sweetness. Would recommend for takeout.

Stopped by Pink Lotus Cantonese Restaurant in Metuchen around 10 PM when not many other places were open, so the location was definitely convenient—right next to lots of shops. The space is nice with good seating and a clean, comfortable setup. Priced ok .
Tried the stir-fried chili tofu, brown rice, and noodles. The noodles were the best part—flavorful and well-cooked....
