Wow! Really hard to put into words how incredible the dining experience was here. The service, beverages, & chefs tasting menu was an experience unlike any I’ve ever had before. What an amazing night and experience! I came to celebrate my birthday with a friend and was so warmly welcomed from the start. From the sweet Happy Birthday note signed by the team at Ram and Rooster to the detailed explanations of whatever delicacy we were enjoying, service was 10/10. This experience is the perfect blend of modern fine dining with wholesome nostalgia. The environment, service, and attention to detail screams fine dining. The flavors though, bring the warmth of childhood flavors. Tofu ice cream with Chinese doughnut and chili oil — an homage to porridge breakfasts. Hainan chicken where the chicken rice is stuffed inside; which only elevated the rice flavor! Also tea with dinner is a pairing we need more. The milky oolong reminds me...
