The food tastes good, and there is a variety of it. They have hot and cold subs, French fries, cheese fries, hot wings, sodas, candies, and very frequent deals. Right now you can get 50% off a hot sub if you pay in cash. If you buy a sub and eat it there rather than to-go, you get a free salad for free. They have coleslaw, macaroni salad and potato salad. Great service!
I had the pleasure of eating here for the first time yesterday and WOW it was absolutely delicious! The guys there were kind on the phone when I placed the order and just as kind when I picked up my food. They went above and beyond and left me wanting to go back and try more of their yummy dishes! I'll be coming back very soon! A hidden jem in Metuchen, yum!
Good Old School Sub shop. It starts with quality bread and cold cuts, and they have both. They do a medium shaved lettuce that gives a nice crunch. Added bonus if you eat in the shop they give you a side of Cole slaw, potato salad, or macaroni salad for free. I hadn't been here for a while, but was passing through, and happy things are still a good quality! Stop here over fast food imitations.
