Great food! Great hospitality by the new manager Mr. Mohammad .. we had chicken shinwari kabab and chicken shinwari kadhai and it was just 10/10 delicious!! Just the right amount of spice!!.P.S - along with great hospitality skills, Mr.Mohammad has a great sense of humor too!!

Jay the chef was extremely helpful. Sam is also very nice to us. They recently opened a lunch buffet (see photos) which was delicious. We also ordered to go since evenings usually have lots of people coming to eat. I highly recommend eating here. The Naan is great and I love the Tiki Masala. There are a lot of Veg options here.

Unfortunately, my experience at KEBAB FACTORY during their iftar buffet was deeply disappointing. After discovering shortage of food, undercooked food , cold food items and experiencing extremely slow service, I voiced my concerns, hoping for understanding or a solution. Instead, the response was shocking. The owner not only dismissed my feedback but also became rude, stating they "don’t need customers like me." The situation escalated when my plate was snatched away while I was still eating, which was both humiliating and completely unacceptable.Such behavior towards customers is inexcusable, and it’s disheartening to have an iftar evening marred by this experience. I hoped for a pleasant dining experience but was met with disrespect. I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a welcoming or enjoyable iftar meal. Hospitality is about making guests feel valued and respected, something that is profoundly lacking at KABAB FACTORY! Just not iftar but I don’t recommend for Normal days visit also. It’s HORRIBLE!

We had a great time at the restaurant for Ramadan buffet. Food was delicious. The owner was actively involved and everything ran smooth. He even didn’t charge us for my 2 kids or my friend’s 2 kids.Buffet had many options as well as deserts.We will definitely be going again. Highly recommend. May Allah make him successful.
