Called to receive a refund on delivery order that did not arrive, was screamed at by the store manager who then put the driver on the phone to yell at me as well. The manager then refused to issue the refund and demanded I come into the store to pick it up which I was not able to do. Been seeing a lot of bad reviews for BIG PAPA, so i thought I'd leave my review. I've order 3 times within 90 days, this will be my fourth time, i'll update this post with photos of my order that's coming as soon as i order it. Absolutely horrendous customer service.i would give 0 stars if possible. Management is Worst Possible Ever. I would recommend staying Far Away from this Papa Johns as possible. Very unclean and unsanitary conditions.
