Great food

I experienced Aleos when they catered my company's holiday party a few weeks ago...... and I was hooked! And I am VERY picky with my Italian food. I just had to try it again, and decided for the first time in 20 years, to have someone else (Aleos) cater for my family on Christmas Day. They did not disappoint. Not only was their pick-up on Christmas Eve completely seamless, during the drive up, I encountered someone named Christine who was just so kind and outgoing. Her customer service, along with the great tasting food, went beyond anything I could ever imagine. THANK YOU Aleos for making my 2023 Christmas stress-free, and THANK YOU Christine for being so awesome!

Waited 10 minutes before someone took my order. Ordered a sandwich and waited another 25 minutes and they never made it. Waited over 30 minutes and never got my order. Very frustrating.

Second time using BBQ Catering package. The stars are for the cook who came and prepared everything, he’s was great!! Food just ok, sub par. Apps we ordered were not good (Brie cup and fried ravioli) but my main complaint is the complete lack of customer service. Had to call 3 times re not wanting to be charged 3.6% fee if using CC and wanted to switch to debit. No call back so had to go in person. Was told 2x manger would call and nope. Went there in person and finally a nice lady called me. Manager was also suppose to call again re an up charge and of course nothing. I’ll order else where next time

Should be no stars. My mother just spoke to a woman named Paula on the phone in an attempt to order an antipasto platter. She was told that they're busy and she doesn't have time to talk and tried to rush her through the order. My mother has a brain injury and Paula was being very rude to her. After my mother QUICKLY decided to order a $60 antipasto platter, the woman told her she would need to pay with a credit card number. My mother had to get up and go get the number. Apparently she wasn't moving quickly enough for Paula. I could hear the entire conversation on the phone. Paula was speaking to someone in the store and said that my mother was rude for putting her on hold. My mother had nicely asked if she could hold on while she gets the number. My mother started to get annoyed and said, "I didn't put you on hold." As my mother got the credit card number, the woman said "I'm sitting here waiting." The woman was very rude and abrupt. She didn't have customer service skills and upset my mother quite a bit. This business may have great food and reviews, but this experience made them lose one customer. What a shame.

I went there for pick-up lunches and quick things and the food was amazing. I tried to use them for catering, but it was impossible to connect. I emailed requesting a catering menu with prices twice, and received emails without the menu attached or included. When I had a chance to call, I was placed on hold which I don’t have time for. Too bad because their food is excellent. Would you please post your catering menu with prices on your website to make it easier? I’m not sure what else could’ve been done on my part to make the transaction smoother. Catering is supposed to make things simpler for people.

We used Aleo's catering services for an executive event at work.Words cannot describe how impressed EVERYONE was with the quality of the salads, wraps, and hero sandwiches. They were accommodating with the order , punctual with the delivery, and the food was AMAZING!!!!THANK YOU Aleo's

Aleo's has all sorts of stuff here. You can get anything from stromboli to sandwiches to penne vodka. That is exactly what I did. The stromboli was delicious. The sandwiches were your standard fare. I likes the fried eggplant with mozzarella and peppers. The chicken was a little rubbery but still serviceable. The penne vodka was decent as well. Aleo's is a 3.5 star spot. One of those that if you need a bite it wouldn't do you wrong but won't wow you either.

Still good, used to be our local go to, but as with most places, if you aren't overseeing your operation things slip. All I can say is "consistency"...like I said " still good"

It's pricey and it's really good. Outside my budget for going all the time, but every time we do pick up here it's such a treat. Owners clearly take pride in what they do, staff is always nice. It's a treasure for Lincroft.

Pouring rain out this afternoon so I decided to stop in at Aleo and pick up a few things. Must say nice guys behind the meat counter. So I did see the sign at the door about bringing your own bag. Raining pretty hard, wasn’t going back to car. After spending $64 on food and paying by card, I didn’t remember about the bag. When I asked for a bag for the 5-6 items I purchased, the girl behind the register tells me that would be .50 cents. She wanted to run my card again for .50 cents, Really! She proceeded to tell me they have to follow procedures. I was speechless.Still pouring outside, I grabbed my stuff and walked out. Gotta love the customer service. I’ve been there many times, but I will not be returning. Many other good places in the neighborhood happy to satisfy a customer.

Great food. Hand made. Amazing sandwiches. Semolina bread sells out quick.
