We have been ordering take-out from Rainbow for two years. The sushi is consistently fresh, service is excellent and delivery is quick. Today we ordered steak hibachi for the first time; it was delicious. Even our son who is a picky eater cleaned his plate!
This unique Japanese restaurant has a notable presence in Lincroft. I never thought I would return to Lincroft beyond my Brookdale years, but I managed to take the opportunity to go there.
Rainbow Sushi is a Japanese restaurant in Lincroft Plaza in Lincroft. I do like the unique logo design of the establishment, from the thick, calligraphic font to the rainbow logo. I do not know how significant the rainbow as a Japanese symbol, but it makes this restaurant stand out.
