Food was good, service was good. There was a mix up with our order and someone else's. Instead of them just sending us on our way with it, our server let us know what happened, and we just took what was made for the other customer. Worked out better for me, lol.

The employees were extremely grumpy it took 20 minutes to 30 minutes to make three bagels. Non-toast it was extremely slow but the food is good

I grew up with Gem’s in the Burg- these are the absolute BEST bagels by far!!! I can’t wait to visit this summer and get my fix 🥯 ❤️
Went in to get a simple bagel with egg and cheese. It took forever to get a simple bagel and when I got it they forgot the cheese….. horrible place would not recommend
Its crazy that Gems Bagel charges a $1.50 to put butter on bread of a breakfast sandwich. Talk about money grab. Last time I order from Gems. . Greed gets you no where.
Doesn’t amount to bagels in the area….lady with glasses with short spiked hair you should learn customer service and not be a so miserable :))
