I love Starbucks this particular location is extremely busy and I think management needs more employees. I feel bad for the employees they look stressed and are running and working the hardest and the best they can. They are doing a great job for the amount of volume of customers coming in
Not a good experience. Asked for a trenta iced chai latte and I was told they can't do that. I've gotten it there several times, I offered to pay more and they refused and didn't give me an explanation. Then I had to ask for the scone I ordered 3 times...
