I’m really surprised by all the negative reviews here. I always have quite good experience here. The staffs here are friendly, and the speed of service is acceptable. Maybe it’s because I always come on weekday evening, when there’s little traffic.
My personal experience at this store has always been pleasant. The staff has always been friendly and attentive, especially Tricia. I like the wide open, spacious store because it feels very inviting.My only complaint is the parking lot because it's a bit of a hassle to get into the lot directly in front of the store for the handicapped spot. But the contractors and designers worked with the space they had so it is what it is.
These bad reviews baffle me. The workers at this Starbucks have ALWAYS been super friendly and kind to me. The worker with long green hair is especially friendly. As for the people that are complaining about the long drive through; it’s a Starbucks. Drinks here are complicated and take a lot of time to prepare, it’s not a ‘pour in a cup and go’ situation. If you want to save time, go into the store.
