The cheese selections are stellar! Loved it when served on charcuterie platters at the local winery in Pittstown. Had to buy direct!

This is the real deal! If you want artisanal cheese and bread look no further. The young man who helped us was one of the bakers ands showed a true passion for what he did. We bought three different cheeses, frolic, cheddar, and a blue cheese and two loaves of bread, a rosemary and a cheese focaccia. Also they have a selection of meat as well. I got some duck bacon, I cooked some this morning and it is amazing. They also turned us on to Ironbound farm cidery and restaurant, check this place out as well.

Attended the bread making class. What a fun, learning experience. Nina was fantastic teaching the novices and more experienced bread makers. Everyone learned and went home with 3 loaves of freshly baked delicious breads.Highly recommend this opportunity.

Fun place to stop on the 579 trail. Not much to see unless you plan on taking one of the tours.

A great local farm which has some great cheese's kept in a cheese cave and known for their Veal Sausages as well. Some hearty farm type breads, heavy but good. Make the trip they have lots to offer!

It is everything a corporation is not. Real farmer owner, real conversation, and really really good. Oh and they were giving samples and a tour today. You should go here and then go up north, take a hike, see some waterfalls.

We went to an event here with live music. What an amazing peaceful low key way to spend a Sunday

Bobolink is such a special place to visit. It's a simple, rustic, and idyllic barn on a hill. There is handicapped parking close to the door, but we parked downhill. We trudged up to the front door and were sweetly greeted by a calm dog, who asked for some pets as a tax. Inside, it is a rustic and large room. We were generously offered samples of the cheeses, some of which are made there, and the rest of which are made by an Amish farmer. The breads are made there as well, and we happily sampled some before choosing our haul. Everything is very reasonable, especially for the quality. Definitely must visit if you love food!

Everything is yummy about this place. Bread and cheese are to die for. Beautiful quality meats. All produced right on site. Wonderful conscientious farmers with a global and local outlook.

In all sincerity take the bread making class even if you have made it once or several times. It was a wonderful gift. I learned the errors I was making for many years. At the end of class you are to sample one of the breads and take home breads that were made as well as the starter. A very nice way to spend a Sunday afternoon.
