We were immediately greeted with a smile and warm welcome from the owner. I had the mushroom + caramelized onion empanada and my daughter had the beef empanada. Both were made to order and so flavorful. Get the sweet potato fries and homemade iced tea; you won't be disappointed. The owner and her daughter were so kind and patient with us. Stopped at HiQ Empanadas today and was very impressed. The empanadas were so tasty and unique. My family especially loved the mushroom & caramelized onion, j*** chicken, and cheesesteak. The pastry was so fluffy and not super oily at all. We also tried the hiQ spiral which was a really fun treat. Needless to say, we will be back for more treats.

The best empanadas I’ve ever had! I had the jerk chicken, regular chicken, and beef. They are light and crispy, and the spiral fried potato was also delicious! Will definitely be ordering from here again!
