Our waiter wasn’t familiar with the term vegan and asked if we ate shrimp. I ordered veggie tacos with no cheese and they were extremely bland. The guacamole was a large serving but just ok. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant if you are seeking flavor.

To start I called in a order they said it would be ready soon . I was 30 minutes away it was not ready when I got there not a big deal what is a big deal is that I watched the cook handle raw shrimp then handle other cooked food. That there is cross contamination and the flavor is nothing to brag about . And to top it off they messed up the order. Will not be going back...

Came here with a good friend of mine , kinda spontaneously. Glad we did I assumed the burrito was going to not fill me up and I assumed WRONG it was HUGE, tasted great ,and filled me up . Am very impressed with the food and the portion size. Food was really good . Even ate the leftovers cold . The waiter was very friendly and had a nice conversation with my friend and I. Thanks for the great service and good food ,Chef!

We loved it here. We've tried almost every Mexican place in Hunterdon county and this one wins for price, portions and taste. The portions are generous, the food is tasty and it's very fairly priced. The chicken quesadilla was easily big enough for my 3 kids to share (they are 7 and under), especially when paired with a side of rice and beans. We will definitely be back. Service was super friendly and attentive.

The food is absolutely amazing and my waitress Doug is the coolest guy I ever met
El Charro is a great local hangout. The food is very good, especially the guacamole! And staff/service is wonderfully accomodating. The night we ordered, we did so requesting delivery. Within minutes of receiving our online order, the resturant called to confirm delivery is not currently available. Which was not a problem, as down the road. Due to the confusion, in addition to our order, they offered us a dessert of our choice, as well beverage. Will return when visiting the area again.
