I always love stopping into Descendants for a pint, a dram and a meal! Food is always delicious and the portions are more than satisfying, the staff is friendly and attentive, the beers brewed in house are awesome, I especially love their Alexander Hamilton Porter and the whiskey and spirits selection is unrivaled in New Jersey! The bar staff is knowledgeable and friendly and will always help to hone you in on that perfect pour. I love the place so much I joined their darts league...
Dave was absolutely incredible. Got a flight and tried the Viking Blod Mead. Bought the bottle.

Great place in an historic district. Cozy atmosphere with Riverview seating. Many daily food and cocktail specials. An extensive menu. Live music. An incredible list of beers, featuring a ton of imported European specialities from Germany, Denmark, and others.
