Basilico has been a mainstay in Millburn for a reason. The complementary focaccia was perfectly fluffy, and topped with the perfect amount of salty, herby crunch. The artichoke appetizer was delicious and is large enough for two people to share. The expertly prepared fish special was nicely balanced with tomato confit and herbs.
A 5:15 PM pre-theater dinner that was delicious, well-presented by a courteous waitstaff and, most importantly, timed perfectly to get us to the PaperMill in plenty of time. Will definitely be returning.
We dined here for Mother's Day. We were waited on by Vincente who is very nice, knowledgeable and funny. Everything from our appetizer to our desserts were delicious. I would highly recommend the warm chocolate cake and the strawberry shortcake for dessert desserts.
