We have periodically visited Basilico. While our experience has always been good, this one was particularly pleasant. It was a quiet Tuesday night, as opposed to a very busy weekend when we usually visit. The staff were pleasant, knowledgeable and attentive. The food was delicious. We were there for my wife's birthday and not only did they bring the cannoli with a candle and 'happy birthday' written on the plate that I had requested but the owner also decided to...
Each course was better than the last. The waitstaff was friendly, and we shared a few laughs. They made my birthday feel special. Overall, it was a great experience, and we'll definitely be back.
First timer. Got there an hour earlier than reservation. Was hungry. Front desk quickly pivoted and sat us at great table. Food excellent. Veal parm, fruit de mar , salad and truffle special. All really good. Mgr was engaging and even sent over a speciality desert presented by lead baker. Impressive. They get it and will have a customer again for another try. Great experience
