Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream Shop

I called on the eve of national ice cream day to ask if they were going to have any promotions. Whoever picked up the phone had no clue about any promotions, had no idea it was going to be national ice cream day. I was told to download the app to see if they were going to have promotions. What kind of ice cream slinger doesn’t know when national ice cream day is? Are you not selling ice cream? That is a travesty and a serious lack of employee training.

Felt rushed when I noticed the rewards program. I tried to download before paying but I was asked several times to choose an option. Then I asked for receipt and never got it.

I tried the pistachio ice cream. It was good and rich. Very creamy. This morning I have a bad stomach. I was reading about the ingredients online and saw that egg yolk is one of the ingredients. Eggs do not agree with me. The ingredients should be listed for every ice cream. It was way too expensive also. One scoop was around $8.00. Not so happy.

This Haagen-Dazs located in Millburn has some drawbacks, including challenging parking and very limited seating. The service was also just average. Despite these issues, the quality of the sundae made up for it, earning 3 stars.

Super nice ice cream maker. One of the best ice creams from the Haagen-Dazs brand, with flavor variations. Located in Millburn, it is a traditional ice cream shop frequented by everyone in the region.

Just dealt with a horribly rude lady. I walked in to pick up pre ordered cake. Bad timing for me as she was dealing with a large group of kids. I waited by the register patiently until she was close by and I said “whenever you got a chance, I need to pick up a cake”. She said 2 minutes to me. After she finished her large order, she still doesn’t want to deal with me, just said “I’m going to deal with other customers and come back to you”. Then she dealt with 2 other customers and kept asking me to wait. I had to raise my voice in the end. This was such an unpleasant experience for a little shop that me and my kids love

Ice cream tastes watered down. It's cheaper and better to get it from your local supermarket IMO.
