I just had major surgery and my husband went to Liv with my entire family.
It's our family ' s favorite place. I send stuff to my family through Goldbelly. I ordered my holidays stuff there. I eat there 2X a week, often.
I am completely homebound for the next two weeks and there is no way for me to go out and they served my entire family THEN they told my husband would not let my husband order a sandwich for me to go .
If we had known that I would not be able to order anything, my family would have been able to just go elsewhere.
As it was, my three family members then went to Willow and Whisk which had what I requested AND were super nice. I no longer feel like a valued customer.
I was disappointed by both the the lack of accommodations for myself and the delivery of information by the front of the house person.
The delivery app and website were also down so that was also a problem.
I called to ask questions and they do not answer the phone to give " good customer service". I found that ironic.

Wheelchair accessibility: No accessibility, that is why I wanted to order take out. I believe there is a ramp but it's blocked by tables( It may be a temporary thing but that's why I did not go).

Don’t come here for baguettes. Overpriced for quality. Better at Fleur de Sel · Patisserie . Bistro. Only a couple mins away

Only the people working at the coffee counter know good customer service. Anyone else is completely unfriendly and can even be rude. The food is just mediocre and there's little to no variety.

7$ Hot chocolate served luke warm. Cookies were meh. Chocolate croissant was decent. Plus one star for that. Apple turnover and nutella cookies were devoid of flavor. The service was as bland as the food. I can't wait to not go back to this place. I visit Millburn for the Millburn Deli and get out of this pretentious town so fast I leave a cartoon-type silhouette behind me.
(business then proceeds to leave the most pretentious, millburn response ever). 🤡
Don't worry, Liv. I've already left them a well-deserved 5 star review. This one is just for you. Next time tell your staff a little kindness goes a long way. A lesson it seems you could also use yourself.

Fun brunch spot with clean ingredients for their baked goods. Tasty food and a relaxed suburban vibe. We had the pizza and some brownies. Would definitely go back for repeats if we’re in the neighborhood.

Extremely overpriced, they use canola oil in their breads and my bread (bought at 4pm on Friday) was stale by 10am Saturday morning. This place is a pass.

The female server was disgruntled and not professional with the mission to represent the company.
She gave blatant attitude, chatted with a co-worker, and did not present in a welcoming manner of any caliber.

The cashier, on the other hand, was apologetic and helpful with the pastry selection. Had it not been for her service, we would have left.

Upon my visit to this bakery I experienced the following:
1. I noticed one employee wearing clear gloves and another one handling food without gloves (using a small tissue paper).
2. I did not get a greeting, a how are you, nice to see you again or thanks for visiting us today. I was treated like a number on a piece of paper & a credit card given a directive by a staff member where to wait for the food & drinks after I paid.
3. When I made a simple request concerning my food to a staff member she did not want to comply initially, but did comply not before shaking her head side to side in front of myself, other customers & her employees. When an employee is unhappy with their job or finds it stressful a customer can tell. The proper response would have been no problem I will take care of that for you.
Staff will benefit from a meeting on providing customer service, but preferable a training when it comes to customer service. Employee conduct does reflect the business & what it exemplify’s and the aforementioned is nothing to be proud of.

Rude server lady, she walks around lazily and watches her male coworker work hard serving and wiping tables while telling me rudely no laptops on the low tables. Ok then add signage that states that or make a laptop zone. How the heck are visitors exected to know this after spending a lot of money for your goods? Way overpriced for subpar coffee and bread and ambience is cold and lackluster. Akin to a lunch cafeteria. Never AGAIN!!! Lost a customer.

I wish I could judge the drinks better because I wanted to order a hot chocolate but the machine was closed :( However I did order a croissant though it was not offered to be heated up (it’s possible staff cannot or not allowed) but a delicious chocolate croissant is still good even if not heated. We’ll have to come back to try again.

Came here previously and ordered an ice latte which was served watery in a hot coffee cup so haven’t been back. Tried again today and after making my selection was told I could only get a tuna sandwich if I sit down to eat it. I was literally holding a sleeping toddler in my hands. Clearly I could not stay. I was offered the items in the display that were accompanied by a fly. No Thanks.
