My colleagues and I hosted a retirement party and chose Moonshine for the event. Victor was great to work with. He is so responsive and was able to work within our budget. On the day of the event, the tables were set perfectly, the space was great for mingling and comfortable for eating, the servers were on top of everything, and our guests are still raving about the food. I highly recommend checking out Moonshine Modern Supper Club for your next event or dinner out!
Moonshine Supper Club has one of the best Happy Hours in Millburn, and it's my go-to spot whenever friends visit from out of town. Weekdays from 3 to 6pm, the bar/lounge is the place to be — $4 draft beers, half-price bar bites, and a rotating selection of draught options that's genuinely impressive (I love the Kentucky Bourbon Ale and it's a knockout at >9% EtOh content). We have been here many times before A play at Papermill Playhouse and have always enjoyed this restaurant however, on this one occasion, we were a little disappointed as the price fixed menu was no longer available, even though it was still on their website and also the service was very slow and no one ever checked on us to see if we needed refills for our beverages. Don't know if it was just a bad night or what, but it was not one of our better experiences.
