Use to actually like Panera. But lately it takes very processes. As far as this location there is absolutely zero care in making sandwiches. Just take a look at the photo. Nothing more needs to be said. Looks and tastes like food from a 7-11. Shame on you Panera. $12 plus dollars for this??!!

Another customer was playing music really loudly on her phone. When I asked her to turn it down, she said that I chose to sit next to her and continued to blast the music to the entire restaurant. When I asked to see the manager, I was told that the manager was busy.

About 1.5 weeks ago we order dinner for delivery. Earlier that day we flew back home on a red eye and then worked a full day so we had no energy to cook. When the Door Dash delivered, I brought it into the house and realized it wasn’t our order. I called the store and the Assistant Manager (John, I believe) was so nice and apologetic, even though it was the Door Dash person who picked up the wrong order. He took care of us and made sure our order got out to us right away so we could have a nice dinner. When we got our order we were very happy. He went above and beyond and we really appreciated what he did!

We had a great time at Panera Bread! The place was very clean, and the people were super friendly. We got a combo meal with unlimited drinks, which was a good deal. The bread and chicken soup were really tasty, but my favorite was the salad. It was so well-seasoned and delicious. Overall, Panera Bread was awesome, and we will definitely come back!
