I had an amazing experience at the Panera Bread located at 722 Morris Turnpike. The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and everything came out quickly—but what truly made my visit exceptional was the outstanding service from Von.
Von went above and beyond from the moment I walked in. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, he made sure my order was perfect and that I had everything I needed. It’s rare to find customer service this warm and consistent, and it absolutely made my day.
Highly recommend stopping by this location—Panera is always good, but with service like Von’s, it’s truly a standout!

Compared to other locations, this location is relatively quicker in the am and early afternoon. Not much of a wait from the time ordered at kiosk till food ready for pick up.

Use to actually like Panera. But lately it takes very processes. As far as this location there is absolutely zero care in making sandwiches. Just take a look at the photo. Nothing more needs to be said. Looks and tastes like food from a 7-11. Shame on you Panera. $12 plus dollars for this??!!

Another customer was playing music really loudly on her phone. When I asked her to turn it down, she said that I chose to sit next to her and continued to blast the music to the entire restaurant. When I asked to see the manager, I was told that the manager was busy.

About 1.5 weeks ago we order dinner for delivery. Earlier that day we flew back home on a red eye and then worked a full day so we had no energy to cook. When the Door Dash delivered, I brought it into the house and realized it wasn’t our order. I called the store and the Assistant Manager (John, I believe) was so nice and apologetic, even though it was the Door Dash person who picked up the wrong order. He took care of us and made sure our order got out to us right away so we could have a nice dinner. When we got our order we were very happy. He went above and beyond and we really appreciated what he did!
