4 The Love of Vegan deli and smoothie shop

Tried the special. It was very unique and flavorful. Also had the barbecue pork sandwich. Very good. I also had the pleasure of chatting with the proprietor whose journey to veganism brought her out of sickness. I always love to hear these stories! It’s a nice little place with adequate seating. I can’t wait to get back there and try some more of her selection.

We ordered a lovely takeout dinner of grits and fish special, barbecue ribs sandwich and sweet potato fries. All delicious. The team is lovely and we enjoyed speaking about the health benefits and feelings of love and compassion derived from a vegan lifestyle

Oh my god, this place is an answer to prayer. I missed hoagies so much, and they're SO GOOD. Also, her smoothies? Phenomenal. And she's always adding new specials and amazing items, like vegan wings, ribs, and pizza!! The owner is one of the most wonderful people I've ever met, and all employees are also wonderful. Oh and if you like iced tea, get the hibiscus ginger iced tea!

Ordered a banana and strawberry smoothie but sampled the chicken and tuna salad as well as hibiscus tea. Delicious seasons, homemade and received such a friendly welcome! We're returning tomorrow for dinner. So glad we found this location.

My wife and I are always excited to try new restaurants and my oh my are we glad we tried 4The Love of Vegan.

The sub sandwiches were perfectly done. That’s one thing that I do actually miss since going vegan and I’m sure I could make subs for myself, but it’s just such a Jersey classic and nostalgic thing to eat a perfectly prepared deli sub sandwich that I didn’t have to make!

Oh and by the way, the owner is a lovely person with a beautiful story of how veganism changed her life.

The proprietress is sweet and helpful. The food is tasty and made with love. We had a "chicken" wrap and a "tuna" wrap and an avocado smoothie. We will be returning.

We were taken care of on a day that the shop was meant to be closed, that alone takes the “customers first” approach to another level, we were immediately greeted with a smile and great hospitality, we were given delicious samples of the “vegan chicken salad” and “tuna salad” which were both savory and seasoned to perfection. I personally ordered the “regular hoagie” and was way to busy enjoying it to take a photo but trust me when I tell you the flavors were outstanding! Vegan or not definitely check this place out, the owner is an absolute blessing and the food will leave you satisfied!
