“We enjoyed dinner tonight at #finishlinepubatNJMP We began our meal by sharing the #pubpretzel It is impressive in size and it comes with a creamy #cheesesauce that we both enjoyed. She got the #lightningsalad containing #arugula #grilledchicken #craisins #walnuts and #gorgonzola with #balsamicvinegrette and they did not skimp on the chicken. I got the #doubleporkburger featuring both a #porkpatty and #alpastor that was topped with #cheddarcheese #caramelizedonions and #chipotlesauce The double dose of pork was enjoyable, with the latter meat being especially tender. The sauce added some spice and heat, but the #cheese helped smooth it out and bring balance. It came with a generous portion of #fries We ended with the meal with #limoncellocake The cake was pleasantly dense. The middle layer was creamy and appropriately tart, while the icing on top was a bit sweet and #whitechocolate shavings added nicely to the texture. A dollop of #whippedcream and a drizzle of #caramelsauce complimented the star of the dish and added very nicely to the presentation. This restaurant is inside #newjerseymotorsportspark and I'm glad it's not far from me. We like it here.
