If you go inside be prepared to wait a long period of time for your food. Even if you mobile order be prepared. I went in the afternoon and have been there in the mornings. The mornings seem to be a little better but not saying much.

I went for the second time since, what I assume is new ownership, given the signs, and was really impressed with the customer experience. The staff are friendly and polite but this was especially true today. My sandwich was made incorrectly and when I went in to address the issue, the manager (maybe owner) not only immediately remedied the issue but threw some fries and an apple pie in for free for my inconvenience. Betsy was great and professional on resolving a issue I had with missing Minecraft toys from my kids meals she replaced them and went all and above to make it right definitely coming back friendly staff and very clean.
