Not sure what happened to them yelling “Welcome to Moes?” when you walk in? My husband ordered 4 tacos and instead of them giving him the deal for 3 ($9.99), plus adding on for an additional 1 ($3.99) , the cashier rang him up for 4 single tacos. Essentially costing $2 more. No receipt for as given. When I asked for a bag, they pointed to a pile of bags. Kind of odd. No tea was out, we had to get soda. While the food was good, the tacos were way too full. Salsa is never included in our orders. Ordered a quesadilla with chicken, onions, peppers. Did not get the onions and peppers. Ordered guacamole. Did not get it.This has happened more than once. Called the store last time and asked for the manager. They never called me back. Why give choices and then not fulfill them. Your menu says don’t forget your free chips and salsa. Plenty of chips- pretty dry without salsa. Disappointed. Will not order again.
When we were leaving the restaurant, the ladies at the counter we eating in the food prep area. So unsanitary and disgusting. The health department needs to be called. This is not the first time I saw them doing something unsanitary.
