I ate at the Monroe store today. I had never been at a Buubakoos before and did not know what to expect. I had the pork burrito and it was off the hook. The place was spotless and the service was spot on. The manager came over and introduced himself as John and asked if everything was satisfactory, and it was more than satisfactory. Delicious, fresh, filling. parking is hard to find. order with the app, save yourself some wait time.
Seeing as they opened recently, there are a few kinks to iron out. The tacos are delicious, but they're a little skimpy on the toppings. And, despite the signs in the window and online, all locations do not deliver. I also ordered and paid for sides that were not included. I was told I could come back and get them, but, seeing as I didn't think I had to pick up the order in the first place, no thank you.
