It’s very clear that this place needs staffing and better management. In the drive through line for over 20 minutes for a hamburger is unacceptable. Place your order and all they say is pull around. Don’t bother giving a total - you might want to reach out to CHICK FIL A for some customer service and communication training. Take better card of your team and your customers.
