Who travels 30 minutes to eat pizza? I do! And I would travel even further to eat this pizza. From the wedge salad, the Margherita pizza and the special of the day, which was a lemon deliciousness, everything was amazing! The pizza crust was outstanding. Every ingredient was fresh and perfectly put together. We ended our evening with a warm panettone fresh cream and berries which was outstanding. This is my second time there and we will be back no doubt about it!
There are no words for how much we love Bivio. The pizzas are as good if not better than any you will find in Italy: perfect chewy crusts, just the right amount of char, sensational toppings of the highest quality. And they are made with extreme love. The folks who own this place and their entire crew are delightful. The menu is short but it’s long on flavor.
