Second time in two weeks and that's just the beginning. For us, a new favorite. Simple menu. Delicious food with great flavors from fresh ingredients and the pizzas are tops in the area as far as OG Italian styles go. It Neapolitan and if you go with the Margherita, you'll really get that saucy regional approach. So many great. Choices and the bread that comes with several of the appetizers is next level. There's some kind of magic happening in that oven.
Bivio is an outstanding dining experience. The Neopolitan pizza is such a treat, and there are always new flavors on the menu for variety, no matter how many times you visit. The atmosphere is intimate and cozy and each time we are there, we are already planning when we can reserve again, before we have even left. It is just that special! And the type of food you find yourself craving regularly. Compliments to the chef and the staff. Bivio always exceeds expectations!
