Chef Chen's is a long time favorite of ours. These guys used to be in Fair Lawn making outstanding sushi well before this store opened. We make the drive here from Caldwell and it's always worth it.
Came here with friends, SO GOOD!!!! Welcoming staff the moment you walk in and the ambiance was very relaxing on this rainy day. Place was clean and was seated immediately. Edamame and miso soup were the best I’ve had. They have a variety of drinks as well. The sushi was AMAZING!!! My favorite was the Grand Canyon. Very fresh and quick to come out. Will be coming back soon
ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE FOOD HERE!!! The sushi is soo fresh and delicious, I am a regular here because of the Grand Canyon and House Roll! Really great value for the quality of food you get, especially from the lunch menu. The owner is very kind and the staff is very attentive and friendly. I always have a pleasant experience coming here :)
