I hosted an engagement dinner for 12 here and had the absolute best time. Franco and his team made it so special for us and were so friendly and accommodating. Carla our server was especially attentive the entire night. Everything was so delicious - the cacio e pepe stuffed gnocchi were so unique and fun and a few people brought to-go boxes home because the portions were so generous. Also just a really cool vibe - a mix of your nonna's house and a posh restaurant in Milan....
We had my bridal shower at Fresco da Franco and it was absolutely amazing. It is the prime spot in Montclair for a bridal brunch. The food was delicious and was served perfectly family style. the service was incredible and they all made the day so memorable. Franco was awesome helping us plan the day and made sure we had everything we wanted to make the day special. The food is actually pretty good here, and the space itself is nice. It has the potential to be warm in a sophisticated way. Unfortunately the bass shaking the seats from the disco music being blared across the entire restaurant sort of ruins it. My advice: keep the DJ in the bar. Service was mediocre, and drinks are quite overpriced for the quality.
