A Fall/Winter MUST!! Fujiya Ramen in Montclair is an absolute gem! There’s easy parking in the garage right behind the restaurant, which is a huge plus. I got the vegetarian ramen and it was phenomenal — my mouth literally watered after the first bite. The broth was rich and flavorful, and everything tasted so fresh. It’s super affordable, and I love that they offer punch cards for discounts too. Definitely my new go-to ramen spot!

This place is great. The food is pretty good and the staff is very welcoming. It’s very family friendly and a mom and pop type restaurant. Not a chain or corporate type of place like some of the other places in Montclair.
Their ramen is good and they have a good variety of small plates. Their drinks are my favorite. Lots of choices for drinks and I usually try something new every time I go!

I came around late noon. Everything looks good. Not crowded at all. Service is good. The only one thing is the noodle quality. Don’t get me wrong. It is good noodle place. But when the noodle mix with spicy oil. It is kinda risky. The soup base i felt it’s a little bit thick. Spicy powder can always be a good choice.

This place is legit! I get takeout from here often and have dined in a handful of times, and I’m always impressed by this place. The food is authentic and made in-house, all the ingredients are fresh and what I love most is the open kitchen as you can see them preparing your food in the back. Whether you are dining in or taking out, I recommend this place for some delicious ramen, authentic katsu and curry, and tasty appetizers and drinks.
