Jalwa is one of my favorite restaurants in Montclair! There are so many different offerings all of which are fresh, delicious, and satisfying. Service is always kind and efficient and the atmosphere is elevated yet comfortable.

We’ve loved Jalwa since we moved to town, but the prices have just gotten out of control and the portions are getting wildly small. We just paid $28 for chicken tikka and counted eight small pieces of chicken in a giant vat of sauce. With so many other good options in town, it’s hard to justify continuing to order from here.
