Giving a fair review, most of the food is good, they changed the cook two months ago or they changed the person who made the menus and well, the food is simply not the same. But the diet WORKS depending on your weight you lose more or less but it works. You just have to be consistent.They improved the presentation of the snacks.Sometimes the fruits, salads (lettuce) are not fresh and weekly there are always 2 to 3 meals on the menu that cannot be eaten for that very reason.The delivery's do not have a time and there are people who simply cannot wait a whole day for the food to arrive, for me it has not been a problem but it is something that the person who is going to order should consider.Something that if the delivery is a problem if they are going to fail due to a holiday should be announced the week before or when the payment is debited, not the day it arrives. There are people who need planning, so just as they send messages to let them know that the delivery is coming, they must inform by message that it will not arrive either on time or that day.The reason why I am writing this review today is because I have written to whatsapp, because I decided to leave the plan a month ago since the food either changed theI'm not liking the menu or the cook and I asked to stop the diet, and they still haven't given me an answer about the money they debited me. I paid for the best package and they sent me the cheapest. Your way to solve the problem? "When you buy again, we'll give you a discount" because you don't better give me my money back. In addition, the delivery arrived at 1:00 AM. I literally woke up. Those are not hours for delivery. Very expensive for such poor service

Terrible. I was sent moldy food. They didn’t offer any compensation just a message saying that they’ll contact their suppliers to make sure that it doesn’t happen again. There won’t be a next time for me!
In the beginning they were great, eventually that all went down hill. They NEVER answer the phone and twice I’ve gone to pick up my food (within the 2pm-5pm) and they’ve closed early. And then they wanted to charge me $15 to give it to me after THEY closed early. And then they delivered it at 7PM, when I told them my husband leaves work at 5. This last occurrence was the icing on the top. They sent me spoiled food. It is Wednesday 11/17 and already this food has mold. This food is supposed to last THE WEEK, therefore if the food is old, this will happen after one or two days when the client receives it. I don’t recommend them. You don’t know what quality food you’re getting. The food could be expired and you won’t know. They are VERY IRRESPONSIBLE and lack professionalism. Do your research. See all the pictures attached of the conversations and when they closed early without notice.Update 11/17: after I showed them the rotten food, they said I was just giving “cheap excuses” and offered to pick everything up and return my money. They never came. See conversation attached.Update 11/26: I reached out to Ketosynthesis several times via Instagram, WhatsApp and phone call and every attempt went ignored. See messages attached. They did not refund me ANYTHING. I had to contact my bank. Very Unprofessional. Don’t believe their fake attempt to “resolve” anything.
