I went to this bakery after finding some reviews on it online and their donuts are incredible really flavorful. The coffee is great as well. However, both times I went, they forgot my coffee order. The first time, I let it go, but the second time, after a long wait, we had to remind them, and only then did they make it. Still, the treats are worth it I just hope they can improve the service.
Regrettably, I must address a matter of concern. December 14, my sister and I encountered highly unprofessional and aggressive conduct from one of your male staff members, Millie. Present with him were another male and a female. I merely requested that he replace my donuts, as he was using his gloves at the register and on the counter. Montclair bread is one of my favorite places in NJ and they are always on point with their food and service so I was pretty shocked on my most recent visit. Ordered two of the $12 breakfast sandwich and at that price point there’s no room for error. First time I had it, the eggs were an frittata and flavorful, a decent amount of bacon, and fresh arugula.
