It's disappointing after a decade of patronizing this bakery. I needed to take a call from my sick mother and was told that because I was on the phone standing in line, I lost my opportunity to order. The customer behind me was generous to offer me the last pepperoni bread. I drove 30 mins to get my mom a pepperoni bread. It was only myself and the other customer who said I was first in line. It's very sad that the staff needs to bully people. Clearly, this particular employee needs a lesson in customer service and dealing with the public. Even more sad that she knows I'm a long-standing customer. Her bad day should not become everyone else's bad day.

Cutest little place, the customer service was amazing!! The sandwiches, cookies everything was delicious!! Love little local spots you can feel the love that’s put into them!! We were very impressed and will definitely be back!

When I was a kid I would go to Nicolos in the early 70s when I would go to work with my father on Saturdays. First thing in the morning my job was to go and get fresh rolls hot out of the oven and bring them back to the shop. We would eat them back at the shop and keep smelling the food being baked all morning. Great memories. Haven't been to the bakery in since I was a kid. Went into the area about a year ago while I was sitting in a lot for an appointment that I had I started looking around and things were looking very familiar then I realized that it was the area where I would go with my father and remember the bakery and went and found it. They still made the same things made the same way and just as good as what I remembered. Brought back some great memories of my father Now every time I get in the area I get all my bakery stuff to last me until I get back the next time all the nicolo's has the best bakery and deli food in NJ

This is hands down one of the best sandwiches place I’ve ever been to. I frequent many deli’s as I travel the tri-state area for work every week. All of their ingredients are fresh, their freshly baked bread is unmatched, and their chicken cutlets are impeccable. On top of that, the people behind the counter are professional, consistent, and kind. And the owners are great people! Even if Nicolo’s is far from you, it’s worth the drive!

Hidden Gem!

I was lucky enough to discover this place thanks to my aunt who lives nearby. She recommended it when I was looking for authentic bacala salad, and it was absolutely delicious! I couldn't resist buying a few other things as well, and their bread is fantastic.
